Vantage at Fair Oaks

I had a great experience with Santi! He was friendly, professional, and very pleasant to interact with. He made the experience feel easy and welcoming, and I really appreciated how personable and helpful he was.

Im only giving 1 star because of emily and the other lady in the office . Once this complex got bought out by the new company it went downhill quickly. Raising rent by $150-$200 but yet no changes or updates were made . Neighbors being loud and nothing being done by it . Dog poop everywhere . Maintenance takes forever to come ! Flooring lifting caulking disintegrating problems with fruit flys everywhere and ants ! The paint sucks in these apartments they look beautiful but you start to notice the issues during the stay .

I’ve had a great experience at this property! The community is well-maintained, the staff is friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Santi has been especially helpful and nice throughout my experience. He is always professional, kind, and willing to assist with any questions or concerns. I really appreciate how much the team cares about the residents and creating a welcoming environment. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a nice place to call home!
