The Residences at Sawmill

I have just moved into the apartments, and they are brand new. As such, there are sure to be small things that need tweaking, and the maintenance crew, particularly Zion and King, are fantastic! Very attentive, prompt, and capable. They keep you in the loop in the process if there is a delay from immediate assistance for any reason, which I really enjoy. The amenities have been great so far, and they are still working on a few. I have enjoyed the peace and quiet, very shocking considering the busy roads around the location.

Brad and Liz were fantastic to work with as it was the smoothest application process ever! They took care of us totally all in one visit after our wonderful tour from Brad! The Residences at Sawmill is a fantastic place and we are looking forward to moving in soon! We got a cruise 🚢 and two months rent free for Oct and Nov so y'all better hurry in and get your lease signed and approved too! So long Ft. Myers, Florida!!

Toured this property recently and the building itself was adorable! Great amenities, a well equipped gym, and the units were spacious and modern. Not to mention the staff being absolutely incredible - Jenna showed me around, had the answers to all of my questions, and was friendly and patient throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend to anybody looking in the area!
