After signing the lease with The 87, I experienced repeated interactions with certain staff members that felt like microaggressions and possible racial bias. When I asked basic questions, I was often brushed off with bare-minimum answers and a condescending attitude without a basic decent costumer service. DO NOT LIVE HERE. The staff is unfriendly and not helpful. Parking is a mess. Apartments themselves were poorly built. For the price, you can find much better places to live near campus.
