STAY AWAY. Do your research. No matter how great of a deal you think you're getting. it is not worth the headache. I'm in my 3rd Unit due to all sorts of problems: Pest, Noise, Structural Damage, Broken A/Cs (ALL DOCUMENTED). I'm being held hostage as they will not allow me to break my lease without penalty.
Sara was amazingly helpful, and the best out of all the leasing agents we have met. She was the most willing to give us information about the complex and fees. The trees around the complex definitely add to the atmosphere.
Really enjoy living here, affordable, staff is super friendly, and so are the neighbors, the only complaint I have is the bugs, it does feel like I find bugs here and there at least a couple times a week but nothing too crazy, very livable space and I always have great communication with the staff
