Absolutely terrible service. 2nd time in 3 years my HOA had these guys work in our building and they caused major damage. First time during a water shut off, my unit was damaged and they were not held accountable. Now fast forward 2 years and they were performing some sort of pipe cleaning on a higher level garage which somehow ended up flooding my entire storage unit down below due to negligence and incompetence. When i spoke to Bill he told me tough luck and he was rude and said he dosnt work for me so tough luck.
