Honest management: they forgot to charge us the fee we’d agreed on for our cat; we told them about it; they not only didn’t back-charge us (they probably couldn’t) but said they wouldn’t charge us for him for our next renewal, so we wouldn’t even regret having let them know the mistake.
Rapid reduction in staff in the last two years. About one emergency water shutdown per month. The laundry machine payment system keeps getting updates to be harder to use with cards or even the app, adding additional "convenience" or "technology" fees. The emails sound written by ChatGPT just for the sake of it. No humans in the lobby anymore, just more cameras. Rent keeps increasing. Downstairs lobby and other areas smell distinctly of mildew. The maintenance workers never inform us when they'll show up, but otherwise they are so kind.
