Once we decided to have our floors redone I visited the CRESTVIEW store and met Sarah. She walked me through the process and helped us make the perfect choice for our home. She was very helpful patient, but overall enjoyed the customer service experience. The installers were polite professional and worked fast yet with attention to detail...cleaned up after and it was just a great experience. We will recommend them and return for future flooring projects without hesitation! Also the pricing compared to other companies was good and the product is excellent.

John was fantastic to work with, and they have a great selection of quality products at a great price. The entire experience was smooth and enjoyable.
