I’m a current resident and wanted to give a huge shout-out to Jacob Gallegos from the maintenance team! He came out on a Thursday night to troubleshoot our AC and stayed for over an hour working hard to diagnose and fix the issue. Jacob was professional, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was working properly before he left. We really appreciated him going above and beyond, especially coming out in the evening and putting in so much effort to get our AC back up and running. His hard work and dedication definitely did not go unnoticed.
