C&E Contracting was founded in Virginia in 2010 by owner Christopher Parkhurst. Originally named CSP Contracting after his son Chris for over 8 years Chris and his staff have built a solid reputation providing the highest quality commercial and residential home improvement services. Everything from interior and exterior painting to custom trim and installations delivered by an honest, ethical, trustworthy and knowledgeable company as acknowledged by our 44 service awards.
